Superior Court County Division Room 2 - Criminal Division
The Criminal Divisionof County Court, Room Two handles traffic matters and criminal cases ranging from Class A, B, & C misdemeanors to Class D felonies. It is very important that a person charged with a crime appear in court on their scheduled date and time. If you have been charged with a misdemeanoror felonyand fail to appear a warrant may be issued for your arrest. If you fail to appear on a traffic matter then your license will be automatically suspended until such time as you appear in front of the court and the judge grants reinstatement. It is a defendant's obligation to keep the Court advised of a current address at all times.
The costs that you will be required to pay if you are found guilty of an infraction or a crime are as follows:

There may also be additional fees that you may be required to pay if you are found guilty of a crime that involves alcohol. Those fees are as follows:

In addition to the above costs and fees that are listed you will also be assessed probation fees. Those fees are set forth in the probation section of this web page.
License Information
License information is available at your local license branch or the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Indianapolis. License reinstatement services are available at the Griffith and Hammond locations.
