Why am I getting "Page not found" error when submitting forms while logged in (MSIE)?
|
When you are logged in, the portal switches you to SSL mode. There are known SSL issues in MSIE 5.x. Try upgrading your MSIE browser to version 6.x.

Why do I keep getting logged out every 15 minutes?

In order to conserve system resource and maintain reasonable performance, the system will terminate inactive sessions after 15 minutes.
You may get around this limitation by checking "remember me on this computer" as you login.

Why do I receive a security warning saying "This page contains secure and unsecure information"?
|
The security warning that you receive when accessing your portal home page is a result of the browser, operating system and security setting combination you have on your PC.
The unsecured items that this message is warning you about are graphics. Your security will not be compromised in any way if you allow the unsecure items within the portal. The main reason we have not secured these items is to increase access speed to your home page.
You will need to determine which browser version you have in order to resolve this problem.
This behavior is not known to affect Netscape Navigator or Firefox.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.1 then, you can click Yes to view all items or upgrade to a later version of Internet Explorer.
If you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 (or later versions of Internet Explorer) and upgrading your operating system with the latest security updates from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads, this may prevent you from seeing the security warning again.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, click Tools -> Internet Options.
A dialog box will appear with tabs across the top starting from General, Security, and so on. Select the Security tab, and click the Custom Level button while the Internet section is highlighted above. A subtitle called Display Mixed Content will have three options [Disable, Enable, Prompt]. Change the default selection from Prompt to Enable.

Why do I receive an error "You cannot login more than once. Please logoff your first session"?
|
Per Registered User Agreement, you are allowed to only be logged on to one computer at a time. This is the message you will receive when attempting to login on multiple computers simultaneously. You may also receive this message if your browser session has been closed without logging off (as in closing the browser). If that is the case, you must wait for up to 15 minutes to be able to login again. If more than 15 minutes have passed and you still cannot login, please contact the Online Docket Help Desk.
