The following COVID-19 testing clinic is available this week at Miller Elementary School, 6530 New Hampshire Ave, Hammond, IN :

  • Mon - Fri, 8 am - 8 pm

Patients may also walk into the site and register, but patients with appointments will take priority.

***It is VERY important that patients know and bring their patient number with them, to help expedite the process at the site***


 

The following COVID-19 testing clinic is available at 2900 W. 93rd, Crown Point, IN :

  • Tue 10/27 - Sat 10/31: 9 am - 6 pm
  • Tue 11/03 - Sat 11/07: 9 am - 6 pm

*** Open to anyone 12 years old or older living and working in Lake County.
